Payment and Gratuity

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

There is a 3.5% Fee for payment with any credit or debit card.

If you pay with cash or check no fees apply.

The industry average for gratuity is 20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice.

Hair and chemical services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair. Get an exact quote for your specific needs by calling 302-644-1000 during normal business hours.

 

Scheduling and cancellation policy.

If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24 hour notice, will incur a fee equal to the reserved service.

For new clients scheduling a 2 hour or more color/chemical service:  we will ask for a credit card to secure the appointment.  Your credit card will not be charged until the service has been completed or you become a no-show, in which case 100% of the total charge will be applied to the credit card to cover time scheduled for the missed appointment.  

We usually have a client waiting list to fill cancelled appointments, but in the case of a no-show there is not sufficient time to fill the appointment. Guests that no show more than two appointments must pre-pay in full for any service they would like to schedule.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.
Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.

Client Satisfaction

We Do Not Offer Refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date. We are happy to work with you on a correction, our goal is for every client to leave with their desired results. 

 

Children

For the safety and comfort of all clients, any children in the salon under the age of 14 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.

 

Cell Phone Usage

We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones while receiving services. Complimentary charging stations are available if you need to power up.
