Payment and Gratuity

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  The industry average for gratuity is 20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice.

 

Pricing

Hair and chemical services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair. Get an exact quote for your specific needs by calling 302-644-1000 during normal business hours or via email at julie@oliveandjules.com

 

Cancellations

A $30 fee applies to all missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice, per service booked, with the exception of keratin treatment services, for which a 25% fee applies.

 

Client Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

 

Children

For the safety and comfort of all clients, any children in the salon under the age of 14 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.

 

Cell Phone Usage

We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones while receiving services. Complimentary charging stations are available if you need to power up.
